My Muse Connector is operated by Buena Vista Vision, Inc. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit mymuseconnector.com, request a quote, buy our service, or use our public business-information endpoint.
Information we collect
When you contact us or complete our forms, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, website, business details, project requirements and correspondence. Our setup form also asks for business hours, services, public prices, FAQs, booking links, policies, brand materials and an approval contact.
Stripe processes checkout and payment details. We receive order information such as your contact details, payment status, purchased plan and transaction identifiers. Our setup forms do not collect your full payment card number.
Our hosting and analytics providers process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information and request timestamps.
How we use information
We use information to respond to requests, verify purchases, prepare your business materials, obtain your approval, host and update approved information, provide support, maintain billing records, understand website use and protect the service from misuse.
What becomes public
Business information you approve for hosting is publicly accessible. This can include your business name, hours, services, prices, FAQs, logo, public contact details and booking links. Search engines, AI assistants and other visitors may read, index or copy it. Do not include private customer records, passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information in material intended for publication.
Your intake answers and internal approval contact are used to deliver the service; they are not automatically published as business facts. We prepare a draft for your approval before publishing your business materials. We record your intake authorization statement, its version, the time received and the email associated with your order. We keep your final draft approval with the version of the materials you approved. Intake authorization is not final publication approval.
Service providers and other disclosures
Our service uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for storing form submissions, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email, Google Workspace for business email and Google Analytics for website measurement. Information needed for these functions is processed by the relevant provider. Our team accesses information needed to deliver your service.
These providers have their own privacy practices. Contact us with questions about how information is handled by our service.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions. Analytics can use cookies and process device, browser and usage information. You can manage cookies through your browser and use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking cookies may affect third-party features. Our site does not currently change its analytics behavior in response to a browser Do Not Track signal.
Stripe and other external sites have their own cookie and privacy practices. See Google's privacy policy and Stripe's privacy policy for more information.
Muse and third-party services
We are independent of Meta. Directory submission support is separately scoped. You accept any applicable platform terms yourself. We do not ask for your Muse password. Our public service endpoint provides read-only business information and does not retrieve private Muse conversations or account data. Meta and other services handle information you provide to them under their own policies.
Custom integrations
The basic service publishes approved business information. Any integration that handles customer inquiries or other nonpublic information requires a separate written scope describing the information involved, who receives it and the access needed before it is enabled.
Retention and security
We retain information as needed to deliver and maintain the service, handle support and billing, meet legal recordkeeping duties and resolve disputes. Retention depends on the type of record and its purpose. Approved public information remains hosted while the hosting service is active. Removing a public page does not automatically delete its archived source files, intake records or correspondence. Those records can remain in our internal archives. Copies in backups, search results or third-party systems may also remain after a page is removed.
We use HTTPS and access controls to protect information. No online service can guarantee complete security.
Your choices and requests
Email hello@mymuseconnector.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to ask us to remove hosted public details. We may need to verify your identity or business authority. Some records may need to be retained for billing, legal or security reasons. Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights.
You can ask us to stop promotional emails by replying to the message or contacting us. We may still send messages needed for an active order, billing or service support.
Children and policy updates
This service is intended for adult business owners and authorized representatives. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
We will post policy updates on this page with a revised effective date and provide any additional notice required by applicable law.
