What does the standard package include?
One location or service area, approved public business information, a hosted read-only information API, existing booking and contact links, and simple setup instructions. Custom integrations and directory submission are separate.
What is Muse?
Muse is Meta's AI assistant. It can connect to supported services. My Muse Connector is an independent service, not made by Meta.
Do I need a developer?
Not for our hosted business information package. Send your website, answer a few questions and approve your details. If you need a working connection to another system, we assess it and provide a separate quote.
Does this get me into the Muse directory?
No. The standard package prepares and hosts your information. Directory submission support is a separate service, and Meta controls approval and timing. Hosting does not guarantee Muse access or discovery.
What does monthly hosting cover?
Hosting keeps your approved information online. Hosting only is $19/month, with updates at $49 each. The $29/month Care plan includes every information update. Both are month to month and can be canceled.
Which businesses fit?
The standard package covers one location or service area and public business information. Multiple locations, large catalogs and connections to business systems need a custom quote.
Can I connect existing tools myself?
Yes. You can use the setup offered by Muse for its supported connectors. Our fee covers preparing and hosting your business information, not access to Muse.
Do you need my Muse or website password?
No passwords are needed for the standard hosted package. Any custom integration has a separate scope and access requirements.
