Terms of Service
My Muse Connector is operated by Buena Vista Vision, Inc. These terms cover our website and services.
Our service
The standard package prepares and hosts approved public business information for one location or service area, with existing links and a setup guide. Custom integrations and directory submission support require a separate written scope and quote. Your selected package or accepted quote describes your service. Existing orders retain the scope agreed at purchase.
Your information
Provide accurate information and materials you are authorized to use. You approve your business details before we publish them and tell us when they change. Your intake authorization confirms your authority to provide materials; it does not replace your approval of the finished draft. You authorize us to prepare your materials and, after your approval, host the approved business information. Use in an application requires a separately agreed scope. Approved information is public and may be read, indexed or copied by AI services, search engines and others. Removing our hosted copy cannot guarantee removal of copies held by others. Do not submit private customer records or passwords for publication.
Billing and cancellation
Prices, billing frequency and any recurring fees are shown at checkout or in your approved written quote. Payments are processed through Stripe. Monthly hosting begins at purchase and renews automatically until canceled.
To cancel, email hello@mymuseconnector.com. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of your current paid period. Hosted materials may then be removed, and connections that rely on them may stop working. Copies held by third parties may remain.
Meta and other platforms
We are independent of Meta. The standard package does not include connection to Muse or a directory submission. You accept any applicable platform terms yourself. Muse access, approval, listing, AI discovery and business results are not guaranteed.
Our public connector provides information and links. It does not complete bookings, payments or applications. Linked services have their own terms, and platform changes or outages may affect availability.
